Butterflies
Catch you in the rain
gaze into the days when we settled down to figure out what the world is all about
just you and me all that we needed to be
forever and free
I remember the night with our heads held high
and those beautiful blue eyes
I remember the lightning striking me inside

when we were together it felt like a dream
things could be better if it's just you and me
red is the color of the butterfly
first love don't ever forget
you are all over me
that you couldn't see
