[00:19.64]in their schools.

[00:25.79]RECYCLING
[00:27.73]In my school,we decided to collect old newspaper
[00:31.90]to recycle them.
[00:33.88]So far we have collected nearly a ton!
[00:37.72]We sell the newspapers to a paper recycling
[00:40.99]company and we use the money
[00:43.86]to buy sports equipment for the school.
[00:47.44]The program has been very successful
[00:50.68]and so we have decided
[00:52.55]to start collecting plastic
[00:54.49]and glass bottles as well.

[01:00.22]Trees are very important in a city
[01:02.40]because they give us clean air.
[01:05.44]We have just started a new program.
[01:08.16]We are planting trees around our school.
[01:11.30]So far we have planted about thirty trees
[01:14.53]around the school buildings
[01:16.26]and near the school gates.
[01:18.72]We are making the school look more attractive
[01:21.98]and helping the environment at the same time.
