2. Revelers at New York Gay Pride Parade held signs saying "Thank you, Governor Cuomo" and "Promise kept". One of the world's oldest and largest gay pride parades has turned into a carnival-like victory celebration days after a same sex marriage bill was signed into law.

3. Six people are confirmed dead following Friday's crash of a truck into an Amtrak train in the Nevada desert. Officials say 28 people who are unaccounted for may have walked away and not contacted officials.
