1. A jury has convicted the former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich of nearly all the corruption charges against him that includes trying to sell or trade President Barack Obama's old senate seat. The jurors delivered their verdicts after deliberating for nine days.

2. National Guard spokesman says there are definite signs that the Souris River floodwaters are slowly receding. He says it’s a waiting game for the water to recede behind the levees in the North Dakota city of Minot. Meantime the focus is shifting to community downstream.

3. Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, his son and his intelligence chief are now wanted men. The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for the three on charges of crime against humanity.

4. And video game makers and sellers are celebrating. The Supreme Court has overturned California's ban on the sale or rental of violent games to children. Industry groups argued video games should have the same protection as books, movies and music.
