Late last night, House Speaker John Boehner postponed a vote on his plan to cut spending and raise the borrowing limit. Conservative and Tea Party Group had criticized the plan and Senate Democrats say it wouldn't pass.

 
[2]The first Norwegian cabinet ministers are expected to return to their offices in Oslo today. It’s been five days since a car bomb exploded in the government district. Anders Breivik has confessed carrying out the bombing and a mad shooting on the nearby island, killing a total 76 people. 
 
[3]At least 19 people are dead after a breath heavy rain, sand landslides tearing through South Korea’s capital and northern town. Ten of the dead were college students doing volunteer work about 70 miles northeast of the capital, Seoul.
 
[4]And we're just one year away from the start of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Organizers showed up the Olympic swimming pool. It’s part of the nearly half billion dollar aquatic center being built for the summer games.
