A very pregnant Jessica Alba has graced the red carpet for the LA premiere of the latest Spy Kids movie. The actress is eight months pregnant with her second child. She already has a girl called Honor with her husband Cash Warren. Jessica Alba has this advice for other mums-to-be: "Try to pamper yourself as much as possible and really take advantage of any downtime you have because after you have the baby the first year, it's pretty intense. So, get your mannies, petties, facials, massages, have your man or your partner wait on your hand and foot."
