The speculation comes as a UN panel says the crackdown in Syria may amount to crimes against humanity. He should be looked at by the international criminal court. 4. And hundreds of pilgrims came out to welcome Pope Benedict XVI to Spain. The pontiff is kicking off a four-day trip to Madrid for World Youth Day. A million or more young people are expected in the capital this week.
