We have not, had not, will not have any comeback crisis on the ground in Libya herein.
Just before Feltman arrived, MNC international released report document in human rights abuses by Gadhafi forces and the rebels.
It is to serve the first in all of those, I'm advance to the document, the MNC report are our ranges, you know condemned more.
But the US diplomat said the NTC leadership insist it's trying to bring a countability for human rights by a nation's, by its forces.
We believe that they are saying with some senario, they mean it. But the point is they've got a show in practice from top above them, that they are implementing these things they are saying, and those are strong part of a message today.
Assistant secretary Feltman also tried to put some positive on the political in that's now emergent. Among the leadership of the NTC, they are having a war, words in media he said. But they are not taking it into the streets.
