3. A spokesman for the fighters holding Moammar Gadhafi's body says he will probably be buried on Tuesday in an unmarked grave in a secret location. Meantime, the country's interim leader has promised to investigate how the longtime dictator was captured alive, and then killed a short time later.
 
 
 
4. And prosecutors have rested their case against the doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death. Defense attorneys quickly called their first witness, the first of 15 expected over the next few days.
