Obama Unveil New Job Creation Plan（在线收听）

US president Barack Obama is set to unveil a job-creation plan in a nationally televised speech to a joint session of the House and Senate.

Bloomberg News reported that the plan would inject more than 300 billion US dollars into the economy next year, through tax cuts, infrastructure spending and direct aid to state and local governments.
