 1. Herman Cain says he was accused of sexual harassment, but the allegations were false. He says he has never sexually harassed anyone. A report in Politico says a trade group he had settled complaints from at least two women. Cain says if there were settlements, he is not aware of them. 

 
 
 
2. Trick-or-treating has been canceled or postponed in some communities in the Northeast. That's after the weekend storm dumped as much as 30 inches of heavy, wet snow. Schools and roads are closed in some communities, where it's been one of the earliest snow days off from school in memory.
