2. What's thought to be the first lawsuit connected to a deadly air race crash has been filed in Texas. It comes from the family of one of the 11 spectators killed when a small plane crashed into a crowd in Reno in September.

 

 

 

3. The owner of Los Angeles Dodgers and Major League Baseball have reached an agreement to sell the team. That ends a seven-year term that saw the team become mired in legal troubles capped by its filing for bankruptcy protection in June. 

 

 

 

4. Safeway is declining to press charges against a Honolulu couple, who were arrested after being accused of stealing two sandwiches. The couple paid for 50 dollars worth of groceries, but said they forgot to pay for the sandwiches eaten while shopping. The arrest led state officials to take custody of their two-year-old child.
