Look for  cereals which has at least 10 grams of fiber per serving. look for breads which we can see  the grain in the bread ,no tjust like white simple sbunge cakes like substance. trying food and vegetaboes, so fruits with vegetable skins like apples, pears ,punges  peaches and you will see that...berries , strawberries blackberries thingh that make you , you know which make you go to the bathroom.
