 The federal government will unveil its overhaul of the aged care system today.Wealthier Australians will be required to contribute more to the cost of their care but they will be given more flexibility with how they pay.There will also be a more money for people suffering from dementia.

 
Homicide police are investigating the death of Men At Work flautist Greg Ham.Friends found his body in his Melbourne home yesterday.An autopsy will be carried out today to try to determine how he died.
 
Now the home of a former bikie boss,Sam Ibrahim,has been the target of an overnight shooting.Two houses of Sydney's north west were shot at overnight,one of them is believed to be rented by Mr.Ibrahim.No one was injured in those attacks.Polices believe the spat of recent drive-by shootings is linked to a bikie gang feud.
 
And Norway's mass murderer says he's originally planned to set off three bombs in Oslo.Anders Behring Breivik has told his trail he scaled back his plan because the bomb-making process was too difficult.Breivik said he also hoped to kill everyone on the island when he shot 69 people dead.
 
And Rupert and James Murdoch will face the Leveson inquiry into phone hacking in London next week.It's the pair's first appearance.The independent inquiry in the latest developing in the scandal,police have arrested the Sun's royal editor for allegedly making an illegal payments to police and public officials.NOTES
