Child safety experts suggest these tips for parents to help make their children wary of strangers:

儿童安全专家建议家长帮助孩子，让他们警惕陌生人：

Tell your children that a stranger doesn't necessarily mean someone who is scary or mean. They should never go with someone they don't know, even if that person seems nice. Even if they do know the person - a bus driver or a teacher - they should never go anywhere with someone unless you, the parent or guardian, have told them it's OK.

告诉你们的孩子陌生人不一定是吓人的或是卑鄙的。孩子们千万不要和不认识的人出走，即使那个人看起来很和善。即使他们认识这个人--汽车司机或者老师--除非得到父母或监护人的许可，他们千万不要和他去任何地方。

1.Teach your children that if something seems wrong, they can say no to an adult, even someone they know.

教育你们的孩子，如果一件事看起来不对头，他们可以对一名成年人，甚至是认识的人说不。

2.Don't put your child's name prominently on clothes or a backpack. An abductor can then call them by name.

不要把你们的孩子的名字贴在衣服和背包显眼的位置。诱拐者会叫他们名字。

3.Tell your children never to go near a car if a stranger calls them.

告诉你们的孩子，如果 陌生人叫他们，千万不要靠近车辆。

4.Keep a current picture of your child, of how he or she looks now.

身上装一张你孩子的近照，显示他（或她）的现在相貌。
