4. And according to court records, a prisoner told investigators in New Mexico he hatched a plot to kill Justin Bieber. Dana Martin told investigators he persuaded a man he met in prison and the man's nephew to kill Bieber, the singer's bodyguard and two other people as well. The men were arrested and face multiple charges stemming from the alleged plot.
