3. Police in an upstate New York village are searching for a suspect in the fatal shootings of four people. Authorities say the 64-year-old suspect opened fire at a car wash and barbershop. Investigators say they also found guns and ammunition inside the suspect's apartment. 
 
4. And Florida's lieutenant governor has resigned because of her ties to an Internet cafe company that is now under federal investigation. Jennifer Carroll's ties to the company were questioned when she was in the Legislature and she proposed a bill that would benefit Internet cafes.
