The military trial of the man accused of the 2009 shooting at Fort Hood will start Tuesday with the army psychiatrist set to represent himself. Major Nidal Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder. He faces the death penalty if convicted.
