  MOSCOW, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev inspected new combat vehicles Thursday at the Ninth Russia Arms Expo-2013 (RAE), according to the state press service.
  Medvedev got a sneak preview of modernized T-72 and T-90C tanks, the new-generation Armata tank, a TOC-1A fire-thrower, a Scorpion all-terrain combat vehicle, a Terminator-2 tank-support fighting vehicle, and remotely controlled unmanned combat vehicles, according to the press service.
  Some of the prototypes presented at the expo, including the Armata, are top secret projects expected to be put into mass production tentatively in 2015. The Defense Ministry plans to receive 2,300 Armatas by 2020. Testing of the Armata is scheduled to begin in November.
  The biannual expo takes place in the Urals city of Nizhni Tagil from Thursday to Sunday. More than 300 military-industrial corporations from 20 countries or regions took part this year.
