 Democrats on Capitol Hill are acknowledging problems with the online health insurance markets set by the affordble care act to start this month.House minority leader Nancy Pelosi said today while the rocky launch shouldn't be surprising,the problems need to be fixed.

This is unacceptable,it has to be change,but in a system that deals with that many millions of people frequently that will have a glich.
President Obama is expected to address the website problem tomorrow at the White House.NPR's Neson Rober reports department of health and human services is promising to do better.
In a 600 word blog post US department of health and human services acknowledges the last few weeks have been quto frustrating Americans,there have been over 19 million visits to the department's health care dog dom, but many of those visits are air messengers slow loding times.Democrats and republicans both have criticised launch.Democrat Nancy Pelosi called the quto unacceptable.On sunday,the Obama administration said they called on the best and brightest in the public and private sector to help fix the problem.   is expected to directly address problem and steps being taken to fix them in a press conference on monday.Neson Rot,NPR News.
Online retailers are cheering a decision by Illinoi supreme court that invladate sales tax on some internet transaction.NPR's Sheey reports that about 18 states have the so called Amazon tax.This is the first time accord its strike down.
The Illinoi law had required retailors with on physical present in the state  to collect sales tax on certain internet sales,it   like in state website operators or blogers leak consumers to the retailor site in exchange for cut of the sales.But the Illinoi supreme court rule federal law proveils,and inprohibts any discrimitory taxes on digital transactions since the same is not required  of   televison.Brikin moder business say the ruling gives their remote selling counterpart advantage and the Illinoi department of revenue say it will continue to push congress to pass legislation being considered,that would affect    online sales taxes collected in all states. Confacting signals today in diplomatic efforts to end Syria civil war,the head of Arab league says an international conference is now scheduled for Nov 23rd in Geniva,but the international envoy for Syria Laka says no official date for the long delayed conference to set and no talks will be held with out the participation of credible opposition.
Another wave of violence across Iraq today,police say a suicide bomber drove a car liten with explosives into a caffe in Bagadad,killing at least 35 people. Louisanan official say they are not sure why there has been a surge of oiling material washing up on the coast three years after the BP oil spill.Illin Felmin of member station wwno reports the amount is 20 times more than what was found over the same period last year.
Louiana department of natural resources says 3 million ponds of oiling material have been cleaned up on the coast line over the first 8 months of this year,that's well over last year's total of about 120,000 ponds.State says it's not sure of tropical storm Carrin earlier this month exposed oil hidden under sand or washed more shore.BP says testing done with cosat guard on some recovered tall borrod show they were not fermits blown out the condor well. More than 200 miles of Louianan cosat line are still showing signs of oil contamination after the out shore well explosion some 3 years ago.For NPR News I am Allin Flemin in New Oreland.
The average price for a gallon of gas has slipped again,but industry analyst Lanbegur says the trend is comeing to an hault.
Gaslin price fell another 2 cents in the past 2 weeks the average now 3.36, but in the period 2 weeks the gulf 14 cents so we can see the decline is ending Langur says most crude oil price droped  to the pipeline have been passed on to pump prices.
Hurrican Raymond is heading to Mexico's pacific coast threatening to dump heavy rain on the beach resort of Hec poco which is still recovering from last month's floods.National hurricane center says Raymond could close in on Mexico late monday or tuesday.
