 The White House says the US is reviewing a new report by human rights groups that says the US may have violated international law by killing civilians in drone attacks. N international SC says the Obama administration’s veil of secrecy prevents analysts from determining the truth. 

We can’t be 100% certain, but we are extremely concerned that these and other killings documented in our report may constitute x execution or war crimes. N international and human rights watch says they’ve gathered witness account and satellite images of drone strikes and concludes far more civilians have been killed than the US acknowledges. The administration is defending drones are far more precise than conventional weapons. 
 
Mexico’s foreign minister says his country is expecting a full investigation to allegations that the US spied on Mexicans officials’ emails. NPR Carrie C reports the foreign minister says President Obama personally promised the inquiry. 
Foreign minister HTM made this comment in Geneva ahead of UN human rights meeting. M said President Obama told Mexican President R.P. the allegations would be investigated during a phone call between the two men and then again in person in last G20 summit. 
Following international law is not an empty promise, said M, we are sure that promise of an investigation is not either. A spokesman at the US embassy in Mexico City said a review is underway regarding how the US gathers intelligence. The spokesman added that matters related to Mexico are part of that ongoing review. Job creation slowed last month. The labor department reports the employers added 148,000 jobs in September, that’s fewer than expected and it suggests a weak job market even before the temporary layoff during the government shutdown. Still the number was enough to bring the national employment rate down from 7.3% to 7.2%.
 
Competition in the tablet computer market is heating up. NPR’s Crag Winden reports Apple and two of its rivals have introduced some new versions. 
Apple’s new four sized Ipad will be called the Ipad Air, it’s 20% thinner and nearly 30% lighter than its predecessor. There is also a new Ipad-mini with fast processing speeds and better graphics. But Microsoft is putting the second version of its Suffice tablet on sale. And Nokia has unveiled its first tablet device, it will have a ten-inch screen on a special version of Microsoft Windows 8 operating system. Technology research firm A says he expects Apple’s share of the tablet market to slip below 50% this year, down from 65% just two years ago. Crag Winden, NPR news.

Officials in Nevada say Michael Lansberry, the middle school teacher shot and killed by a student yesterday was a former marine survive two terms in Afghanistan. Police are still investigating the motive for the shooting. They say the 12-year-old shooter get the 9 mm x gun from home. 
 
X maker D has agreed to pay 50 million dollars in criminal penalties to the department of Justice and securities in exchange commission. As Bryant B from WPA reports the Ohio base company was bribing foreigner officials in three countries. 
According the Justice’s documents, D x luxury travel and cash on officials in China, Indonesia and Russia, and falsified documents related to the sale that x the bank customers in those nations. US attorney Steve D of A district of Ohio says these actions carried of over a five-year period violating the Foreign Cooperate Practice Act. 
D is basically x, they received tens of millions of dollars of sales benefit from these bribes. Now they gonna pay very very x price of these miss conduct. In addition, There is gonna independent monitor to make sure D this never happens again.

Two Colorado farmers are pleading guilt to M chargers for shipping c tied to 2011 outbreak of the l that killed 33 people. Lawyers for Eric and Ryan Jason said the guilty pleads do not apply any intentional wrong doing. Investigators said the Melons were likely contaminated by dirty water and old x clean equipment.
