The storm that's been heading across much of the nation is expected to affect the east Tuesday. Winter storm warnings are up for much of the eastern half of the country. 7 people were shot and wounded in Oakland, California Monday evening. Police are investigating.
And North Korea is preparing for a trial run of its massive new ski resort. The huge project includes ski slopes carved out of hills on the country's east coast.
