3. Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited Volgograd. The city was hit by two suicide bombings. He placed flowers at one of the bomb sites and went to a hospital that is treating victims.
4. And former first lady, Barbara Bush is in a Houston hospital with a respiratory-related issue. Former President George H. W. Bush’s office says Mrs Bush is in great spirits and getting fantastic care.
