   委内瑞拉暂停汇款到哥伦比亚

CARACAS, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- The Venezuelan government has announced to suspend all forms of remittances sending from Venezuela to Colombia.
The suspension will be in place until a new mechanism takes effect and economic conditions are right, said a special edition of the Official Gazette on Monday.
The suspension is part of new measures by the government to stem the outflow of U.S. dollars from the country, which included the reduction in the amount of remittances that can be sent annually, and the quota of foreign currency that Venezuelans can access when travelling abroad.
There are strict limits in Venezuela on the availability of U.S. dollars at the official rate of 6.3 bolivars, yet some Venezuelans make profit by selling their dollar allowances on the black market for a profit of up to 12 times their official value.
Venezuelan Vice president Jorge Arreaza announced Monday that a meeting between the central banks of Venezuela and Argentina will take place soon to tune the financial mechanisms in order to allow remittances in Colombian pesos.
