2. Officials say a barge that leaked oil into Galveston Bay has been move out of the Houston Ship Channel and all the remaining oil has been taken out. Oil residue has been spotted as far as 12 miles out  into the Gulf of Mexico.

 

3. Actor James Rebhorn has died. The character actor amassed more than 100 credits in five decades of television and film work. Rebhorn was 65. 

 

4. Animal activists in Kosovo say three brown bear cubs have been rescued from captivity. The one-month-old cubs were found at two separate homes last week and are believed to be from the same mother.
