Every year on the beautiful Lindau island of Lake Constance, some of the best of the world’s young scientists meet Nobel Prize winners. As it turned out, this meeting of physicists was a true meeting of minds. And so native created five new films exploring the frontiers of our understanding of the universe.

So we have these models of the universe which on the surface it’s very strange. But it's actually pretty wonderful and it's our standard model of the way * goes. The universe starts with this theory we call *.

I’m really excited about meeting Professor Smoch, because I work on dark matter * where one of the goals is to look for a dark matter * because if there is dark matter in the universe it has to make of part of * and we’d like to find this part of * in our *

I mean I have confidence that dark matter really excits. It's a much simpler explanation

It also shows one of the greatest problems in practical physics of cause as long as it gives us dark matter candidate I’m pretty happy

And you are like me, you want to go to the next frontier and what’s very exciting is what is behind the next door, right? What’s really more fun of the * theory that’s gonna look like this one, I go to the limit. I understand that exactly. That’s why I want to mention because there’s a lot of doors .

A lot of people are voting for Susie, super * to be found at the * and my hope is on that. I’d like to fool them all.

I understand how all *** into act but the way in * is new kind of factions that they do not fully understand.

Old people work to feel galaxy dynamics, as many more problems with dark matters ***
some stars are objects like all**** hundreds of billions of stars in a large disk and our own galaxy called the Milkway Galaxy. My job is to look at the motion of the stars inside this disk. They sure move much more slowly than the way they actually move. So either equations ** of force are incorrect, or there is a lot of mass that we don't see. And this is what we call dark matter.

The theory of galaxy imformation is a very young field, the fact that you meet this ** in
the beginning as soon as ** too much if nobody wants to * we are nowhere onside this cause I want to encourage you try on papers. I was just saying that some people are
too afraid of making a mistake and ** and that’s much worse

It seems reasonable to me that the description of * extremely high energies just *******

Why ?

You want me to list the reasons?

Yeah, what’s wrong with this, huh?

Well it's just…it’s **

I’m not sure he’s realize how difficult it is to anser these questions, we want to see equations.

I was saying that first the ideas comment that equation.

The prove of the * equation are numbers and predictions in the end.

The * from space and time for something else means to just change over rare thinking of
human beings. And it’s tough.

Many people suspect that we will have, sometimes will give up but it’s not easy to do so. But I would never discouraging him from doing going along that path it's what I would do if it was exicts it’s what I am doing

Well you have description

First I have three percent on the **** and I do believe that we have quite food chance to produce it at high efficiency and therefore a low cost. This is actually my dream

You not lock on one possible solution, (No) and you don't mind using *dioxide for carbon or what so ever.

No, not at all. One material might be good and you might know it very well. But others are much better.

So much better. That’s great answer.

Speaking with Professor Hope, it was the biggest exciting scientific experience I ever had.

That’s why research is so stimulating and I still just love to go to lab in some **
oh damn, let me show you this really cool thing right now. it just charges my battery.

I am very excited about meeting Bill Phillips personally and discussing with him, just him and me

I started doing ** as a post doc in 1976, trying to do it with….yeah, you probably weren't even born then

So I try to transport the * for with this topic by saying you mentioned you have an egg balls, you have pingpong balls, and then you tilt…. You tilt it you tilt it and after some critical angle the balls will just fall out that’s what happens. So that’s the classical world and now in the quatum world you imagine again you have this egg balls now it's very very tiny you can not see with you bear eyes it’s extremly tiny so you again have this very tiny egg balls again pingpong balls,a * pingpong balls but*,
and you tilt it, and what happens now? as soon as we tilt it, the atoms start to move, so they more down and up and down up and this is just so different from the classcal world that it's very exciting to understanding wherte it comes from.

So you think it's a good picture?

Absolutely, I’m gonna use it now I think

This conversation with Philips was great I didn't expect it to be like this, because he was very interested in learning about what I do.

So very often the theorist will come up with some new idea that will turn out to be something that the experimentists could do in a lab. So that’s what I am hoping is gonna come out in this * hub. She’s come up with these ideas in a way that we never thought about before, so it might turn out that we could do that kind of experiment in a lab. Boy ten years is such a long time I have no idea what anybody is gonna be doing in ten years but within the next couple of years we are gonna have a lot of fun.
