Here’s how it works.

You find your way to Pamplona, Spain, you line up at eight AM along with 2,000 other tourists and ²⁾loco locals, you get a 30 second head start before they let the bulls go...and then...you run for your life.

Air Combat Fighter School

Experience the thrill of ³⁾aerial combat by flying a real fighter plane in real ⁴⁾dogfights. 

At Air Combat USA, in Fullerton, California, average “⁵⁾Joes” are trained for the ultimate joyride. 

Coach 1: Go out and make us proud. Go get ’em.

Coach 2: Gonna go out and do some yankin’ and bankin’ and some rollin’ and polin’ and some shootin’ and lootin’. Gonna come back outa the six dogfights, six zero. Six in our favour, right?

Trainee 1: Right.

No flight experience needed. It all comes down to guts and glory.

Trainee 1: The second you get out over the water and you get a feel for the plane, it’s like, alright, it’s, it’s a combat situation, and you want to keep that plane in front of you…by any means necessary.

Flyers go after the thrill of the kill, with lasers simulating a hit, and sending your enemy into a smoky, spiral defeat.

Trainee 2: The first kill is the best kill because you can see the smoke. It was, like, right out of the movies.

Coach 1: A lot of the people that come through here, they might seem kinda mild-mannered and they think, “oh, okay.” Pirates, when they get out there.
