Absolutely appropriate way we look at what can be done to mitigate the risks the taxpayers are onto the hook we would support that. Sydney is cleaning up after the weekend of wild weather. The State of Emergency Service received more than a thousand calls for help. Strong winds, hail and heavy rain cause wild spread damage and flash flooding. Across East New South Wales, thousands were lived without their power. 
 
Typhoon Hagupit is weakening as it makes its way across Philippines. Up to millions of people fled their homes as the typhoon brought destructive winds and rain. At least 3 people have died and the authority could be days before fully extended damage can be assist.
