2. A young supermarket employee is under arrest after a stabbing rampage at a grocery store near Memphis Friday morning. Eight co-workers were stabbed with a large knife before a man tackled the suspect.

3. Another storm in Missouri Friday afternoon cooled temperatures that pushed back efforts to restore power in the St. Louis area. Roughly 570,000 customers remain without power, following storms on Wednesday.

4. And in Utah, a 14-year-old boy scout sleeping in his tent was bitten by a black bear this week. The bear showed up earlier in the evening as barbequed ribs were being prepared and came back later, apparently looking for leftovers. The bear has been euthanized.
