怎么做:
The best thing to help you is to simply NOT FIGHT IT OFF!睡不着的时候,最有益的最直接的做法是:不要反抗。
Get up and do something that you think is valuable of your time instead of trying to force yourself to sleep because it is said it causes more stress and makes you feel more awakened than sleepy. 不要强迫自己入睡,取而代之,起床做一些你认为值得花时间的事情。逼自己入睡的话,你不但不会想睡觉,而且会更沮丧更清醒。
When a head full of worries is keeping us awake, music can help us relax a little.因为满脑子担心和忧虑而睡不着的时候,音乐可以让我们放松下来。
Avoid music with lyrics that may keep the mind active, and instead try classical, folk, or slow-paced contemporary styles.不要听那种歌词会让人大脑兴奋的音乐,试试古典、民谣或者慢节奏的现代音乐。
