Officials are searching for a US military helicopter that went missing in Nepal while delivering earthquake aid to victims. Defense officials say there is no indication the chopper crashed. The country was dealt its second major earthquake in less than 3 weeks Tuesday, killing at least 30 people and injuring more than a thousand.
 
In Sochi, Russia, Secretary of State John Kerry talking diplomacy with President Vladimir Putin and foreign minister Sergey Lavrov. Kerry hopes to gauge Russia's support for enforcing a ceasefire in Ukraine and encourage Russia to support a political transition in Syria.
 
Verizon annoucing it will buy AOL for 4.4 billion dollars. In addition to its dwindling Internet service, the communications giant will also gain control over all AOL-owned websites like the Huffington Post and TechCrunch.
 
In Houston, Texas, the city's zoo is preparing the grand opening of a new gorilla exhibit--7 western lowland gorillas have been brought to the Houston zoo, the first time the zoo has cared for the species in more than a decade.
