City officials in Cleveland annouced they have agreed to overhaul the police department in a settlement with the Department of Justice. The agreement comes after an 18-month investigation by the DOJ over a pattern of excessive force and abuse by officers.

 

2 of BB King's heirs have been caused close aides of the blues icon of poisoning him. An attorney for King's estate called the claims "ridiculous." And police say there is no acitve homicide investigation.

 

And a volcano atop one the Galapagos's Islands has erupted for the first time in 33 years. National Park officials say the mile-high Wolf volcano started spewing lava before dawn on Monday.
