It was pulled by a tugboat to calmer waters. According to the Ministry of Transport, the ship is no longer in a condition to withstand the heavy rain and strong winds common during the flood season along the Yangtze. The ship capsized on June 1st, killing 434 people onboard. 14 people have survived the wreck and eight others remain missing.

As of Thursday, a total of 342 victims have been identified through DNA matching. About 170 legal medical experts and technicians are in Jianli, Jingzhou and Wuhan in Hubei province, working to identify all the bodies recovered from the accident.
