French police cleared out migrant camps in Paris on Tuesday morning. Migrants are mostly from East Africa and set up their camps under a railway bridge.

Iraq Defense ministry released video showing Iraqi jet fighters carrying out airstrikes against Islamic State militant. Islamic State xx, vehicles and personnel were all targeted.

Secretary of State John Kerrey is in a hospital in Boston for surgery. Kerrey had to cut short a diplomatic trip after he broke his leg while bicycling in France.
