Come Saturday and Sunday,however, she allowed herself whatever her stomach desired,from take--out pizza to double-dip Oreos.

  Michelle lost the last of the 30 founds months ago but she occasionally resumes her weekday/weekend routine whenever she finds she’s put on a few pounds.This technique doesn’t work for everyone--some people manage to regain a week’s worth of weight loss over aweekend---but it may very well work for you.
