Both planes landed safely and were clear by authorities. 3. France defense minister's video shows new French airstrikes against Islamic State militant targets in Syria. The French defense minister says two command centers were bombed. 4. President Barack Obama looked for support for a global climate change agreement while at the Asia Pacific summit in the Philippines. The president argued that the deal will be good for business in Asia and around the world.
