2. About 100 people in Chicago went to a ritual outside the home where police shot and killed the 55-year old woman and a 19-year old man. Officer shot the pairs and responded to a call about the domestic disturbance early Saturday. 

 

3. Texas officials are discouraging travel through the Texas Panhandle . Blowing and drifting snow has made the road in much of the area impassable. 

 

4. Flooding has shut down a section of interstate, I-70 outside of St. Louis. Storm over the past few days was blamed for several deaths in number of states. At least 8 of them are in Missouri.
