调查显示:过半员工年终奖将低于5000元(在线收听

   Some 40 percent of respondents are not satisfied with the state of their year-end bonuses as Spring Festival, or China's Lunar New Year, approaches, according to a survey by China Youth Daily.

  根据《中国青年报》的一项调查显示,随着中国农历新年,也就是春节的临近,约40%的受访者对自己的年终奖不满意。
  The survey finds that 20 percent have received a bonus, while 16.8 percent didn't expect to receive any such reward, one month out from the festival.
  调查发现,在距离春节还有一个月的时间的现在,有20%的受访者已经拿到了年终奖,有16.8%的人本来没有期望着能得到这种奖励。
  Of the respondents, 55.6 percent say their bonuses will be less than 5,000 yuan and 16 percent predict the amount to be between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan. Some three percent think they will receive 30,000 yuan after one year's work and 18.3 percent are likely to get less than 1,000 yuan.
  在所有受访者中,55.6%的人表示自己的年终奖将在5000元以下,16%的受访者预测年终奖在5000元至1万元间。约3%的受访者表示年终奖会超过3万元,18.3%的受访者年终奖可能在1000元以下。

  Su Xiaoxu, who works at a state-owned enterprise, says she expects almost no bonus because the stock market and policy were so volatile in 2015.

  Amid the economic slowdown, 42.7 percent think they will receive less of a bonus than in 2014, while 20 percent predict more extra money this year.
  在经济形势总体下滑的背景下,和2014年相比,42.7%的受访者认为年终奖会比去年少,而只有20%的受访者会认为今年能比去年多一些。
  The survey also finds that of respondents working for foreign companies, 29.8% are satisfied with their bonuses, while in SOEs the figure is 28.5%, and for employees in private business, 15%.
  调查还发现,外企中,对年终奖满意的受访者为29.8%,国企中这一数字为28.5%,民企中这一数字为15%。
