根据工人日报报道，约95%的受访者表示支持向雾霾天从事户外作业的劳动者发放"雾霾津贴"。

　　The Trade Union in Zhengzhou City, capital of Central China's Henan Province, surveyed subscribers to its official WeChat account, a popular mobile messaging app, and found that 88 percent of nearly 400 respondents said priority should be given to outdoor workers on smoggy days.

　　近日，位于中国中部的河南省省会郑州市的总工会官方微信（最受欢迎的手机通讯APP）就"雾霾津贴"发起调查。结果显示，在参与调查的近400人中，约88%的人表示，遭遇雾霾天气时，这项津贴应优先考虑户外工作者。

　　But 9 percent said air pollution affects everyone so it would be unfair to only address the concerns of people who work outdoors.

　　但是，也有9%的人认为，空气污染影响的是每一个人，所以只发放给户外劳动者是不公平的。

　　超过九成受访者支持发放"雾霾津贴"

　　Over half of respondents think the extra subsidy, if applied, could come in the form of protective tools or cash. Twenty-two percent said money is the easiest way.

　　超过一半的受访者认为这项额外津贴如果得以批准，应当采用防霾工具和现金发放相结合的形式出现。22%的受访者表示，直接发钱最简单。

　　To finance the proposed subsidy, 53 percent think the government and companies should jointly pay the bill, while 44 percent said central and regional governments should be responsible.

　　至于谁来提供这项提议中的津贴，53%的人认为"雾霾津贴"应由政府和企业共同买单；而44%的人认为应该由中央和地方财政补贴。
