 Two man are due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court today over a one-punch attack that left a teenager fighting for his life in hospital. A 21-year-old man from the Gold Coast and a 21-year old man from Logan Sydney have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm. 18-year-old Cole Miller was hit in the back of the head on Saturday night. While police say it was an unprovoked attack. 

 
This is a random act of violence. There is no indication that the victim knew who the offenders were. There's been very minimum contact prior to the incident.

Victoria police fear a man has drowned while trying to drive to floodwater in central Victoria. The man's car was swept in Creek Seymour just before 2am.
 
 
The Immigration Minister has apologized for describing the journalist as a mad witch in a text message he accidentally sent to her. Peter Dutton was trying to text former minister Jamie Briggs about Samantha made in his column, but then mistakenly sent the text message to Miss Samantha herself. 
 
 
Meanwhile Unions have called on the Federal Government to protect privacy of public servant. The complain is about former minister Jenny Briggs. A pixelated photo has been published reportedly showing the woman with Mr. Briggs. Public Sector Union describe it as a disgraceful breach of privacy. Mr. Briggs told News Limited he sent the photo to colleagues before and after that complain was made.
