2. The Supreme Court has agreed to an election year review of President Barack Obama’s executive orders allowing up to 5 million immigrants to work legally in the United States. The justices said they will consider undoing lower court rulings that blocked the plan from taking effect. The case will probably be decided by late June about a month before the presidential nominating conventions.
