2. Voters headed to the polls in Wisconsin, a pivotal state to republican Ted Cruz and democrat Bernie Sanders, who hope to * their party's front runner. State election officials expect 1.7 million voters to turn out for the presidential primary. 

3. A republican Alabama lawmaker said he is filing an impeachment resolution against GOP governor Robert Badly in the wake of of a scandal, involving one of the governor's top aids. Badly last month admitted making inappropriate remarks to his former senior political adviser, but denied accusation of an affair. 

4. Lili, a polar bear cub in a Germany zoo made her public debut Tuesday. The 4-month old baby bear weighs about 44 pounds, already feeding on ground meat.
