1. The last two republican presidents say they have no plan to endorse republican Donald Trump. Spokesman for former president George.W.Bush and George.H.W.Bush say no statement on the campaign will be coming. 

2. A federal judge says he may order democratic presidential front runner Hillary Clinton to testify under oath about her email server. She could be questioned about whether she used the private email server as secretary of state to evade public records disclosure. 

3. A 27-year old man is charged with murdering and kidnapping after a 11-year old girl from a Navajo native American tribe was killed. Ashlynne Mike 's body was found near the Shiprock pinnacle sacred site near New Mexico. 

4. And Canadian officials say a massive wild fire has destroyed or damaged 1600 structures in Fort McMurray. Firefighters are keeping the flame out of the oil center downtown.
