1. President Bush made energy of big topic in his State of the Union speech last night. Today he's following up. Bush toured an experimental station in Delaware to talk about finding and using alternative energy sources.

2. U.S. officials say four of the five Americans killed yesterday when a chopper went down in a Baghdad neighborhood were shot in the head. The helicopter was owned by a private security firm, Blackwater USA.

3. Mike Nifong, the district attorney in the Duke lacrosse rape trial, faces more trouble. The state bar has added an ethics charge against Nifong, which could lead to his removal from the state bar. The charge alleges that Nifong's office did not turn over DNA test results to the defense in a timely manner.

4. Scientists in Japan got to see a rare creature from the deep. The froward shark just showed up on its own in water southwest of Tokyo. Prehistoric shark is rarely seen alive as it usually lives 4,200 feet deep in the sea. But sometimes the creature surfaced to find warmer waters. The shark died though hours after it was seen.
