1. The "Scooter" Libby perjury trial continues in Washington. On the stand today, former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, testifying about his discussions with reporters about an outed CIA operative.

2. A Palestinian suicide bomber attacked a bakery in a southern Israeli town, killing himself and three others. It was the first suicide bombing in Israel since April of 2006 when 12 people were killed in a Tel Aviv restaurant.

3. A 70-year-old California man who survived a mountain lion attack has been transferred to a San Francisco hospital. His condition was recently downgraded from fair to serious following emergency surgery.

4. And it's opening day for this fifty-million-dollar high-tech rehabilitation center in San Antonio, Texas. The facility is designed to serve the growing number of disabled and injured soldiers returning home from war.
