3. Another letter bomb in Great Britain. This time at a vehicle licensing agency injuring three. It's the third bomb to injure workers in three days, all at offices tied to traffic regulations.

4. A massive fire destroys warehouses in Knoxville, Tennessee and injures three firefighters. The blaze sent flames and smoke spiraling into the sky over downtown Knoxville, raining down embers.
