1. The bells are tolling as Virginia pauses to pay tribute to those killed in the Virginia Tech shootings. It's a day of mourning in the state and for many around country and the world.

2. One of the Virginia Tech victims was buried in Israel today. Liviu Librescu was killed as he tried to block the killer from entering his classroom. The 76-year-old Holocaust survivor is being called the hero for his last stand allowing his students to escape by keeping the gunman out.

3. New Jersey officials are fanning out across the state trying to tally all the damage from last weekend's flooding. The storm left large swaths of the state underwater for days. So far officials are estimating the nor'easter caused hundreds of millions of dollars in damage.

4. Take a look at this. A truck in West Virginia was caught barreling through a gas pump and right into a small service station with three people inside. Police say the driver was asleep at the wheel. Amazingly no one was seriously injured.
