This is AP news minute. 

1. A partying garage under construction in Tel Aviv collapsed on Monday, killing at least two people and injuring 17 others. Rescue teams worked all day and into the night to locate several  people believed to be trapped under the rubble. 

2. President Barack Obama has become the first sitting U.S president to visit the isolated, landlocked Southeast Asia nation Laos. He arrived late Monday for a three-day visit that's meant to close a dark chapter in a shared history between the two countries. 

3. Twin bombings near the Afghan defense minister have killed at least 24 people, including two security force generals, after the attack claimed by the Taliban. Authorities say another 91 people were wounded in Monday's attack. 

4. Flames once more raged over the river Thames on Sunday, 350 years after London burnt to the ground. "London 1666" is a 394 foot floating art installation, that commemorates the great fire,  which raged for four days and destroyed much of the city.
