2. The number of people dead in a shooting rampage in Moscow, Idaho now stands at four. Police say Jason Hamilton also killed his wife. Investigators say Hamilton opened fire on the Latah County Courthouse late Saturday, killing an officer there before killing another man in a nearby church and taking his own life.

3. Two wayward humpback whales have done an about-face and are headed back toward the Pacific Ocean. The mother and calf have been swimming inland toward Sacramento for about a week before wildlife officials were able to lure them in another direction by playing recordings of other whales.
