1. The judge who ordered the Michigan presidential vote recount could stop it on Wednesday. The federal judge is set to hold a hearing on whether to toss out the recount petition from Green party presidential nominee Jill Stein. 

2. Dozens are dead after a strong earthquake shook western Indonesia. Rescue crews believe many people are still trapped in collapsed building. 

3. President-elect Donald Trump has demanded the government cancel a multi-billion dollar order for new presidential planes, saying the aircraft costs too much. The declaration caused the aircraft manufacturer Boeing's stock to take a temporary dive. 

4. And it has been 75 years since the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor Hawaii. The surprised attack on the morning of December, 7th 1941 killed more than 2300 U.S service members.
